You can cancel your order by calling your bank, or any other institutions that was used to place the order. You may also call us to not process your order.

To change your order please call us as soon as possible!

You may return your products or orders only if all requirements are met. Meaning that the  items are not used or opened..and that it hasn’t been more than 3 days after  receiving the order or product. ( please refer to our Terms and conditions)

If your ordered online, you cannot come to the store to return any products or orders

We usually ship all orders the same day or unless if we are out of the items. But you will be notified that we are out of stock. and that can also delay things. But for the most of the country, shipping usually takes 2 to 3 business days to deliver.  Or unless if you do express shipping which is the next day delivery.

We also offer free Shipping on all orders!

We have two shipping options: Regular Shipping and Express Shipping

Regular shipping is free, and it’s 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping is $28.90 and it’s next day delivery.

Our warranty is going to a license professional to get the best out of our hair extensions products. Please don’t do it yourself…
